AF15 Ankle Alphabet
AF16 Seated Ankle Plantar Flexion
Trace the letters of the alphabet with your toes.
Move your ankle only.
Raise heels of the floor as high as possible
AF17 Standing Bilateral Ankle Plantar Flexion
AF10 Ankle Pumps
Raise heels off the floor as high as possible.
Bend and straighten ankle through full range.
Repeat with opposite ankle.
AF28 Toe Curl Using Towel
AF27 Unilateral Standing Balance
With heel of foot in a fixed position, bunch towel up
by grabbing it and curling toes.
Attempt to balance on one leg with eyes open.
Progress to performing with eyes closed.
AF7 Isometric Ankle Dorsiflexion
AF6 Isometric Ankle Plantar Flexion
Position pillow between top of one foot and the bottom
of the other, then squeeze the pillow between your feet.
Position pillow between foot and wall, then using
ankle, press into pillow.
